Biography of Elaine Stypula
Elaine Stypula is a graduate of the Wayne State School of Law, where she was a member of the Student Board of Governors, Moot Court, awarded best brief writer, a semi-finalist in the Arthur
Neff competition, represented Wayne State University at the Brooklyn Law School Moot Court competition, and part of the Student Advocacy Program. She completed her Master of Arts, Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University. Elaine received her Bachelor of Arts, Applied Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Also, she had an United States Attorney’s Office Internship, a Michigan Court of Appeals Internship, and is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association and United States Supreme
Court Bar.
Elaine Stypula has 17 years of solid experience in Human Resources with 7 years in Law. She is a professional in written and oral communication with consistent success in Litigation
and Arbitration.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Elaine graduated Cum Laude, was part of the Psychology Honors Program, had an Academic Scholarship, and coursework emphasis on statistical research and design.
Elaine Stypula had an United States Attorney’s Office Internship and Michigan Court of Appeals Internship. She is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association and United States Supreme
Court Bar. Elaine was a part-time faculty professor at Central Michigan University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
